James Roy McCoy

Graveside services honoring the life of James Roy McCoy will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at Converse Cemetery with Rev. Paul Grace officiating. A visitation with the family will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield beginning at 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. James was born on November 5, 1940 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Charles and Pearl McCoy. He entered into rest on March 19, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Pearl McCoy; wife, Judith Delores McCoy; son, James Darren McCoy; brother, Charles Olan McCoy; grandson, Matthew McCoy Dease. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Daniel McCoy and wife Christina of Converse, LA; daughters, Tammy Palmisano and husband Ronnie of Provencal, LA; Nancy McCoy of Converse, LA; Brooke McCoy of Alexander, LA; sister, Betty Lou Fecik of Sandusky, OH; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Honoring James as pallbearers will be Daniel McCoy, Jared Dease, Joseph Vines, Clint Sepulvado, Ronnie Palmisano, and Joshua Darden.
