Funeral service celebrating the life of James Leland Elliott, 79, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 10, 2626 at Noble Baptist Church 732 Rainbow Ln, Noble, Louisiana, with Rev. Jimmy Price officiating. Interment will follow at Noble Cemetery in Noble, Louisiana.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. service time Friday, July 10, 2026 at Noble Baptist Church.

James Leland Elliott was born on May 5, 1947 in Converse, Louisiana to Leland Tabor Elliott and Pauline Virginia Webb Elliott and passed away July 7, 2026 in Shreveport, Louisiana

James was preceded in death by his wife, Jill Stewart Elliott, and his parents, Leland and Pauline Elliott.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Chris Elliott (Jamie); daughter, Angel Jackson (Thomas); grandchildren, Emilie Kirspel, Kaitlyn and Chris Jackson; sister Paula Burns; nephews, John Michael Burns and Lee Jay Burns.

Honoring James as pallbearers will be John Michael Burns, Greg Edwards, Bubba English, Mason, James Roy Nash, and Cody Procell.
