J. Matthew O'Hara

Graveside services for J. Matthew Moellenkamp O'Hara, 53, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Forest Park West Cemetery with Rev. Rocky Maddox officiating. Visitation will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. before the service at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Matthew was born April 29, 1964 in Houston, TX to James and Garland Moellenkamp and passed away November 22, 2017 in Keithville. Left to cherish his memory are his parents; daughter, Autumn O'Hara of Houston, TX; brother, Chris Moellenkamp of Huntsville, AL; and sister, April Moellenkamp of Keithville,LA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Baptist Children's Home in West Monroe, LA. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Caddo Parish Fire District No. 4.
