Isiah L. "Sonny" Reno

Graveside services for Isiah L. "Sonny" Reno, Jr. will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Lane Memorial Cemetery in Sibley, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. Officiating will be Rev. Chet Johnson. Sonny was born December 6, 1941, in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest September 5, 2021, in Minden, Louisiana. Sonny was raised in Gibsland, Louisiana and graduated from Gibsland High School. He worked in the food service all of his life. His most enjoyment was his family, especially his grandchildren. Sonny was preceded in death by his son, Drew Reno; father, Isiah L. Reno, Sr; mother and stepfather Myrtle and Claude Goodman. He is survived by his son, Ronnie Reno (Alicia) of Heflin; daughter, Cindy McCormick (Jeff) of Minden; grandchildren, Erica Winkler (Josh), A.J. Shelley (Shannon), Ross (Heather), Colton, Caroline, Rebecca , and Ridge Reno; and great-grandchildren, Hallie Stephens, Jackson McCormick, Kayson Shelley, Emma Winkler, Abagail, Karleigh, Bubba, and James Shelley,and Rylan and Hadley Reno.
