Officiating will be Pastor John Fream. Preceding Isabella in death was her paternal grandfather, Felix Ray Armstrong, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her parents; paternal grandmother, Peni Armstrong of Ruston, LA; maternal grandparents, Danny and Linda Cox of Bossier City, LA; sister, Avery Armstrong of Bossier City, La; brother, James Armstrong of Bossier City, LA; uncle and aunt, Taylor and Hannah of New Orleans, LA; aunt, Emily Armstrong of Ruston, LA.
