Iris W. Doughty Shreveport, LA- Funeral services for Iris W. Doughty, 86, will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neat Southside Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 with Reverend Bob Moore officiating. Visitation with the family will be held Monday, February 18, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery in Shreveport, Louisiana. Iris was born on May 15, 1932 in Pineville, LA to John Lloyd Williams and Jewel Pippen Williams and left to be with her Lord and Savior on February 14, 2019. Iris was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 37 years, James M. Doughty; sister, Grace Williams Frazer and two brothers, Gordon L. Williams and James Bennett Williams. Left to cherish her beautiful memories are her brother, Lloyd Lamar Williams and wife Wanda; sons, Gordon Gene Doughty (Maxine), James Manuel Doughty (Janetta), and Carl Conley Doughty (Susan); daughters, Katherine Iris Adkison (Michael) and Gracie Lamar Hingst; grandchildren, Julian Gene, Williams Gene Santana (Yaisa), Brent J. Doughty (Wendy), Scarlet Cox (Steven), Katherine Denise Burrow (Ron), Della Mae Martin (Jeff), David Conley Rachal (Tiffany), Keely Kitchura, Keaton Kitchura, Chad Doughty, and Suzanne Doughty; great-grandchildren, Adrian Gene, Tyler Doughty (Christie), Haley Doughty, Layla Cox, Jacob Burrow, Samantha Burrow, Elizabeth Burrow, John Burrow, Rayleigh Mills, Tori Martin, Allie Martin, Landon Martin, Lela Rachal, Tori Rachal, Cooper Coale and Nevaeh Hight; great-great grandchildren, Connor Doughty, Emmalina Doughty, Jay Martin and Grayson Johnson. Honoring Iris as pallbearers will be Chad Doughty, Keaton Kitchura, Brent Doughty, David Rachal, Cory Knippers and Jacob Burrow. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Davis and Carl Doughty.
