Novalee Rose Welborn entered God's open arms in Heaven on November 4, 2021. A visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. with funeral services to follow beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021, located at Noble Baptist Church, Noble, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Bro. Jimmy Price. Interment will be held at Noble Cemetery.
