Huu Ngan Chu

A private funeral service for Huu Ngan Chu, 60, will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Su Minh An. Huu was born on March 15, 1962 in Saigon, Vietnam and passed away on April 20, 2022 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Huu was a strong, independent hardworking woman who always put others needs before hers. She was a cancer survivor. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Huu was a wonderful cook who loved experimenting with new recipes by watching YouTube. She enjoyed playing cards with her friend, drinking coffee and Miller Light, and getting her hair, nails, and toes done. Huu loved her family and will be missed tremendously. Huu is preceded in death by her parents, Quoc Quach Do and Chu Bro Long; two brothers. She is survived by her children, Michael Nguyen, Linda Chu, Jenny Chu; grandchildren, Madison Nguyen, Kayli Kolafa, Bella Chu; and four siblings in Vietnam.
