Harold L. Fanning

BENTON, LA - A funeral service for Harold Loyd Fanning, 93, will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Tommy Patton. Interment will follow at Rose-Neath Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service on Friday beginning at 1 p.m. Harold was born August 19, 1922 in Colgate, OK, his parents were Mitchell and Myrtle Fanning, and died December 16, 2015 in Shreveport, LA. He was a member of Cypress Baptist Church and retired owner of Chick-A-Dilly. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Geraldine Fanning and daughter, Connie Lynn Fanning. Harold is survived by his daughters, Gail Fanning and Nancy Trosclair; sisters, Elba Haynes and Pattie Kaylor; brothers, Randell Fanning, Fred Fanning, Leon Fanning, Howard Fanning and grandson, Jacob Trosclair.
