Gloria Jayne Culpepper

Shreveport, LA - Gloria Jayne Culpepper, 76, passed away on March 5, 2019 after a brief illness. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Rose-Neath Marshall St. Chapel, with Pastor Kenny Joyner officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent Ave. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon prior to the service. Gloria was born on March 7, 1942 in Shreveport, LA to Henrietta and George Culpepper. She dedicated her love to teaching children about Jesus at Willow Point Baptist Church in Shreveport for 52 years. Gloria is preceded in death by parents and her sister, Barbara Davis. She is survived by her nephew Chris Davis. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the nurses and staff at Willis-Knighton North Hospital, 3-North for all of their devotion and care given to Gloria. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Willow Point Baptist Church children's ministry.
