George M. "Chuck" Wilson

A Memorial Service celebrating the life of George M. "Chuck" Wilson, 62, will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Central Christian Church, 2010 Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Reverend Tony Nations. Chuck was born on May 7, 1958 to Billy Lee Wilson and Carolyn "Pat" Wilson and passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 25, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Chuck grew up in Belleville, Illinois before moving to Desoto, Missouri and attended Desoto High School. He spent many summers with his brothers and sister camping in the Missouri Ozarks. Chuck was a resident of Keithville and worked at General Motors for 31 years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but nothing made him happier than spending time with his family. Chuck is preceded in death by his parents Billy and Pat Wilson. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 30 years, Tracy Wilson; son, Ethan Wilson; daughters, Crystal Adcock and husband, William and Ashton Momchin and husband, Jon Paul; sister, Patricia McGowen and husband, Terry; brothers, Billy L. Wilson, Jr. and wife, Donna, and Stephen Wilson and wife, Ann; Derek Wilson and wife, Deb; nephew, Brandon Mcgowen and wife, Krystal; grandchildren, Caden, Avery, Danica, Ivan, and Mila; his niece, Erin Curren and husband, Jeff; nephews, Zachary Wilson and wife, Lisa and Billy Wilson and wife, Laura; and many great-nieces and nephews. His amazing sense of humor and kind spirit will be greatly missed by family and friends.
