Gary Randall Bissell

Graveside services honoring the life of Gary Randall \"Bubba\" Bissell will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Old Union Cemetery located in Benson, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Rev. Michael McConnaughey. A visitation will be held prior to service time from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Louisiana. Gary was born on January 3, 1959 in Converse, Louisiana to Floyd Jackson Bissell, Jr. and Margaret Lucille Ward Bissell. He entered into eternal rest on February 6, 2021 in Shreveport Louisiana. Preceding Gary are his parents, Floyd and Margaret Bissell. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Suzanne Bissell; son, Nathan Bissell and wife Charity; daughters, Brooke Garrett and husband Robert, and Kara Vicknair and husband Chance; sisters, Debbie Anderson, and Cindy Saffel and husband Rick; brother, Tommy Bissell and wife Cindy; grandchildren, Gracie, Trevor, Nathan, Brianna, Tegan, Carson, and Coleson. Honoring Gary as pallbearers will be Nathan Bissell, Shannon Bissell, Chance Vicknair, Ebulon Springer, Robert Garrett, Bobby Saffel, and Michael Sparrow . Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Trevor Avery and Nathan Lee.
