Gage Micheal Swearengin

Funeral services for Gage Swearengin, age 21, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 705 S. Spruce Street, Vivian, LA with James Festervand officiating. Interment will follow at Gateway Cemetery, Vivian, LA. There will be a time of visitation on Tuesday, July 19^th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Gage was born on November 9, 2000 in Great Falls, Montana to his parents, Kristina and David Swearengin and passed away on July 1, 2022 in Houston, Texas. Gage loved to write, draw and was an avid fisherman. He was always on the move and never stayed in one place very long.

Gage is preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Beverly Baisch; paternal grandmother, Sharon Swearengin; aunts, Sarah Swearengin and Oleta Tarver and several other family members.

Those left to cherish his memory are is parents, Kristina and David Swearengin; maternal grandfather, Jerry Johnson; maternal grandmothers, Denise Bethune, Lynn Bethune and Terrie Johnson; maternal great grandfather, Allen Baisch; three sisters, Alora Swearengin, Kadince Swearengin and Kyla Swearengin. He is also survived by two uncles, Michael Johnson and wife, Catherine and Kevin Sullivan.
