Frank Carroll

A Celebration of Life for Frank "Rusty" Windell Carroll will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Ford Park on Cross Lake in Shreveport, Louisiana. Frank was born on December 25, 1939 in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away December 3, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Frank worked at the AT&T plant until its closing. He went on to found Carroll Pest Control where he worked until his death. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Windy Carroll; brother, Donnie Carroll; sister, Connie Neal and infant son, Matthew Myles Carroll. He is survived by sons, Michael Bracey and Dr. Paul Bracey; daughter, Susan Carroll and grandchildren, Alyse Kirkaldy and Emily, Ethan, Noah and Nate Bracey. The family wishes to thank Dr. Randy Del Mundo for his excellent care and compassion given to Frank. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Shreveport Rescue Mission.
