Frances E. Tipton

Mrs. Frances peacefully passed away and went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 22, 2019. She was born on February 17, 1932 in Brinkley, Arkansas to Ewell and Letha Brashars. Visitation will be Saturday, August 24, 2019 beginning at 9:30 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Social Springs Cemetery, Hall Summit, LA. Bro. Mike Stowell, of First Baptist Church Keithville, will be officiating assisted by Bro. David Venable of Westwood Baptist Church, (retired). Frances was raised in Wheatley, Arkansas and married the love of her life, the late Rev. J.G. Tipton. The couple were married for 51 years and raised four children, Frances Anne, Melody Glenn, Paul Eugene, and Timothy Stuart. She was a Godly wife and mother who loved the Lord and served alongside her husband in the ministry of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is survived by her four children and their spouses: Anne and Kenneth Myers, Melody and Lee Clements, Paul and Leilani Tipton, Tim and Lindy Tipton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Matthew Myers and wife Kelly, Aaron Myers and wife Ann, Rodney Clements and wife Ashley, Timmy Paul Clements and wife Haley, Micah Tipton and wife Kristyn, Madison Tipton, Brandon Tipton and wife Emmy, Danielle Adams and husband James, and Cody Tipton and wife Elizabeth, as well as 16 great-grandchildren.
