Frances Elliott Lafitte

Funeral services celebrating the life of Frances Elliott Lafitte will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Chapel, 943 Polk Street, Mansfield, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Father Mark Franklin. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Rambin, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with rosary beginning at 6:30p.m. at Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield, Louisiana.

Frances was born April 11, 1951, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Herbert and Aleene Elliott and entered into rest on Friday, December 8, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bell “Pete” Lafitte; her parents, Herbert and Aleene Elliott; and her siblings, Paulette Dick, Barbara Grafton, David Elliott, and Herbert “Manny” Elliott, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory include her sons, Farrell Rose and wife Amanda, and Kevin Liker; daughter, Rosalyn Rose; 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honoring Frances as pallbearers will be Seth Mulvihill, Nathan Mulvihill, Sterling Rose, Dominick Fitch, Kevin Liker, Jr., and Legend Liker.
