Frances Elaine Moseley

A Memorial Service for Frances Elaine Pace Moseley, 71, will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Frances was born on August 12, 1950 to Jarrell Dean Pace and Bessie King Pace in Corpus Christi, Texas and passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in Shreveport. Frances was a resident of Keithville and retired from the dry cleaning industry. She cared for her eldest sister, enjoyed researching family genealogy, spending time with family and friends, vacationing (especially at the beach), reading and participating in book clubs, cheering on the New Orleans Saints, taking care of her grandchildren and her "other grandchildren," Gracie and Aubrey, and her pets. More recently, she took up baking pies and desserts. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Loyed Pace; and son-in-law, David Vernon. Left to cherish her memory are sisters, Mary Pace, Ruth DeMarco and husband, Robert; children, Jennifer Pace and Craig Durbin, Jamie Pace and Jonathan Beeson, and Sara Vernon; grandchildren, Jacob Moseley, Levi Beeson, and Emma Vernon; nephews, Scott DeMarco, Josh DeMarco and wife, Kim, Seth Jochum, and Bran Bostrom; nieces, Michelle Baker and husband, Paul, Lorissa Bostrom and husband, Andrew, Kirby Phillips and fiancé, Austin Smith, Kinsley DeMarco, and Paycen DeMarco; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Honoring Frances as honorary pallbearers are Robert DeMarco, Craig Durbin, Jonathan Beeson, Collin McClendon, Jacob Moseley, Levi Beeson, Scott DeMarco, Josh DeMarco, and Seth Jochum. The family would like to express special thanks to the Caddo Parish Fire District 4 EMS and Willis-Knighton South stepdown nurses and the ICU staff for all the wonderful care and compassion given to Frances during her illness.
