Felix Kendall Earnest

 Felix Kendall Earnest, 70, of Shreveport, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2024. He was born on January 27, 1954, in Fordyce, Arkansas to Clarence and Jessie Earnest.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024, 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. located at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Drive in Shreveport. Graveside services honoring the life of Felix will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at Wheeler Cemetery in Fordyce, Arkansas. Officiating the service will be George Robertson. Honoring Felix as pallbearers will be George Robertson, Charlie Robertson, Jim Robertson, Reggie Earnest, Mark Earnest, and Jeffery Robertson.

Felix graduated from Hampton High School and did not miss a day in 12 years. He was married to Debra Earnest for 46 years. Felix was a member of Western Hills Baptist Church and was employed at Rock Island and Union Pacific Railroad for 40 years. He adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them. His hobbies included hunting, listening to music, and going to garage sales.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Jessie Earnest. Left to cherish his memory include his wife, Debra Earnest; daughter, Brandi Rivers; son, Shane Earnest and wife Karla; grandchildren, Madison Rivers, and Tristan and Isabel Earnest; brothers, Reggie Earnest (Kay) of Branson, MO and Mark Earnest (Pat) of Harrison, AR; along with several nieces and nephews.

Felix will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but we will forever love and cherish his memory.
