A funeral service to celebrate the life of Farrah Danielle Markham, 46, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow the service at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Reverend Carlton Gilmer and Dr. Thomas Markham.
Farrah was born May 13, 1976, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Jerry Markham and Donna Hauth. At a young age, she gave her life to the Lord, and on July 31, 2022, she left her earthly body to be with Him.
Farrah earned her master’s degree in Elementary Education at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. In her spare time, she enjoyed decorating and remodeling. Farrah was a leader, loved to please, and always help people, especially the underdogs. She was dedicated to her family and friends. Farrah will be missed for her beautiful smile, personality, her true friendship, and compassion. Farrah will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Farrah is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Brittany Alexandra; sister, Shantel Yvette Markham; grandparents, Vernie Markham, Louis Zacchia, and Doris Zacchia; uncles, Ray Franklin and Alfred Zacchia. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Donna Hauth; father, Jerry Markham and wife, Kina; fiancé, Christopher Downing; stepsiblings, Jaxon, Marcie, and Max; nephews, Zackary Allen Flash and Michael Macy Flash; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Honoring Farrah as pallbearers will be Chris Downing, Zack Flash, Michael Flash, Jaxon Phelps, Blaine Lyons, and Shelton Blackwell. Serving as an honorary pallbearer will be JT Rankin.
