Evelyn Louise Cole Bruce

Evelyn “Evie” Cole Bruce was born January 20, 1962 to Roy Darnell Cole and Martha Sue Sessum in Vivian, Louisiana and passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023 in Vivian, Louisiana.

Evie could be found drinking her pots of coffee and watching her favorite shows every morning before spending the day with her beloved cats, especially Goat. She loved listening to her music throughout the day. Evelyn always craved her fish plate and pizza. She loved everyone and enjoyed when her friends would stop by and visit. She always wanted to help people and was there when needed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jeff Cole; Niece, Harlie Paschall and grandmother, Edna Smith. Her memory is survived by her son, Jeff Bruce and wife, Meghan Flippo; grandchildren, Kenzleigh Rose, Brently Cole and Rhyliee James; sister, Donna Paschall and husband, Jack; brother, Steve Cole; nephew, Ben Paschall and wife, Jess; great-niece, Colbi;  great-nephew, Wade Cole Bridges; niece, Heather Paschall and several cousins, other family members and friends.
