Benton, LA - Funeral services for Ernest J. Boswell, Jr. (E.J.) will be at 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel. E.J. was born in Shreveport on March 5, 1963 to Jack and Velma Boswell. He passed away on September 9, 2018 in Shreveport. E.J. had worked in the hotel business since he was about 14. He loved spending time at Diane and Charles' hunting and spending time his family. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. E.J. is survived by his wife of 21 years, Pamela Boswell; sons, Ernest J. Boswell III, Tony Boswell and wife, Dena, David Boswell; stepdaughters, Kristina Morris, Stephani Howard, Jennifer Morris; sisters, Diane McNutt and Charles Pierce, Cindy Woodward; nephews, Bobby McNutt, Windol Davis, Robbie Davis and grandchildren, Ethan Boswell, Hunter Boswell, Prestin Miller, Aubrey Howard, Zoe Howard, Kinley New and Esme' New.
