Eric Edward Sacky

Eric Edward Sacky, 59, was born on October 26, 1966, to Richard Edward Sacky and Frances Elaine Smith in Houston, Texas, and passed away on September 6, 2026, in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Eric was a man who found his greatest joy in the outdoors and in the people he loved. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking, and he took pride in the time he spent working alongside his father. Those moments, shared projects, shared skills, shared days, meant a great deal to him. Above all, Eric loved his family and his children. They were the heart of his life, and everything he did was rooted in that love.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Elaine Smith. Left to cherish his memory are his father, Richard Sacky, and wife, Judy; his beloved wife, Carman Sacky; his sons, Tyler and Blake Sacky; sister, June Rogillio; nieces, Camielle and Averielle LaChapelle; grandnephew, Harrison Hernandez; and grandniece, Dylan Hernandez.
