Eric Drake Pierite

Eric Drake Pierite, age 60, of Marksville, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025 at the St. Joseph’s Hospice and Carpenter House in Sulphur, Louisiana.

Those left to cherish his family are his mother, Rose Mary Pierite of Marksville; daughter, Erica Briggs; brother, Jeffery Blair; two half brothers; and his half sister, Charlene Pierite; He is also survived by two grandchilden, 2 great-grandchildren, along with a host of aunts and uncles.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Percy Pierite; maternal grandparents,  Percy "Slog" Sr. & Adene Pierite.

Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville have been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
