Emogene Beard Greer

Emogene Beard Greer, 91, of Shreveport, LA was born on March 19, 1927 in Jonesville, LA to the late W.C. and Routh Dayton Beard and passed away on November 17, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Herbert Greer and daughters, Barbara Pritchard and Lenora Greer. Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Nancy Pace and husband Allen of Marshall, TX, Pat Deason and husband Jerry of Jena, LA; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson, LA, with Rev. Doyle Volentine officiating. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Marshall St. Honoring Emogene as pallbearers are Edward Pritchard, Michael Berry, Christopher Berry, Heath Deason, Blayne Deason, and Jay Berry.
