Private funeral service for Ella Deshautelle will take place. Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Cemetery in Fifth Ward. Mrs. Ella Deshautelle of Marksville entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 17, 2022. She is survived by her daughters, Jennie (Mike) Normand of Hessmer and Darlene Mitchell of Fifth Ward. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Merlin Deshautelle of Marksville; parents Sayman Dauzat and Domalis Dauzat of Fifth Ward; sister, Mary Bollingham. Arrangements are under the direction of Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville, Louisiana.
