Elizabeth Ann Henley

Funeral services for Elizabeth Ann Henley, 66, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the funeral home. Liz was born February 20, 1952 in Winnfield, LA to John and Elsie Franks and went to be with the Lord on June 17, 2018 in Shreveport, LA. She enjoyed working at Sidepockets. Everyone who met Liz loved her. Liz was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jeffrey L. Smith. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Honoring Liz as pallbearers will be Steve Evans, Roger Lites, George Christian, Billy Humphries, Alex Noble, Dustin Holloway, Andrew Holloway, and Jared Garland. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Murry, Kevin Short, Chuck Eddy, Tony Leach, and Michael Butler. The family would like to give a special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and to Michele Christian.
