Elizabeth Marie Bozeman

Funeral services for Elizabeth Marie Bozeman, 77, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel with Rev. Kevin Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the funeral home. Marie was born July 18, 1941 in Shreveport, LA to Buster and Virgie Bozeman and went to be with the Lord on October 14, 2018 in Bossier City, LA. She loved everyone and never met a stranger. Her greatest gifts were loving and caring for her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and giving out Halloween candy at Pilgrim Manor. She was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves. She liked to keep score at the Atlas Ballpark. She grew up in Werner Park Subdivision and attended Parkhurst Baptist Church. She later became a member of Northwood Baptist Church. She could always be found on her swing, watching the neighborhood. Marie was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jerry Bozeman and Tommy Bozeman; and one sister, Gale Bozeman. Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Louellen Thompson and husband Paul; brothers, Jack Bozeman and wife Brenda, David Bozeman, Danny Bozeman and wife Virginia, and Dale Bozeman and wife Robin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
