A memorial service to celebrate the life of Elizabeth “Beth” W. Robinson, 67, will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Officiating the service will be Pastor Gevan Spinney.
Beth was born on March 10, 1959, to Marvin Eugene Whitlock and Helen Myers Whitlock in Chicago, Illinois, and passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Beth was a 1977 graduate of Parkway High School and continued her education in the banking industry through courses at Louisiana State University in Shreveport and Bossier Parish Community College. On January 1, 1985, she married Randy Robinson, beginning a life built on partnership, devotion, and shared joy. Beth dedicated 43 years to banking, rising from a teller to an Assistant Vice President in charge of loan processing, and spent the last 22 years with Cadence Bank (now Huntington Bank). She was looking forward to her retirement on June 22, 2026. Her work ethic, loyalty, and steady presence made her a trusted colleague and a friend to many.
Outside of work, Beth poured her heart into the things she loved most. For 15 years, she was one of the biggest LSU football and baseball fans, cheering with unmatched enthusiasm. She treasured having her family together for every holiday, creating memories that will be held close for years to come. Her greatest joy was her bond with her son, Trent. Saturdays spent together were her favorite, and no day felt complete until they had talked. Beth was also a devoted supporter of animal rescues and adored her beloved Deacon, Cooper, and Penny. Her love of music stretched across all genres, from Conway Twitty to Queen. After her double‑lung transplant, she embraced life with an even deeper appreciation for the small moments many take for granted. Beth faced every challenge with courage, positivity, and a fighter’s spirit, inspiring everyone around her. She is, and always will be, deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Helen Whitlock; father-in-law, William C. (Robby) Robinson, Sr.; Brother-in-law, William C. (Robby) Robinson, Jr.; and nephew, Eric Greene. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Randy Robinson; son, Trent Robinson; brothers, John Whitlock (Barb), Barry Whitlock (Cathy), and Don Whitlock (Gigi); mother-in-law, Vadie W. Robinson, along with numerous nieces, great nephews, and great nieces. She is also survived by her cherished pets, Deacon, Penny, and Cooper.
