Elizabeth Ann Campbell

Elizabeth "Ann" Campbell of Keithville, Louisiana passed away on October 12, 2023 at the age of 79.

She was born on December 9, 1943, in Beedeville, Arkansas to Ernie and Birdie Gilpin.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Ann was a kind and compassionate person who loved family and life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Ann was a graduate of Beedeville High School. She worked up to management at the Horseshoe Casino for many years.

In her free time, Ann enjoyed baking cakes and spending time with her many grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She was a talented baker and a skilled decorator, even winning cake decorating awards.

In her later years, she enjoyed researching the family ancestry. Ann successfully traced the family history into the early 1800s, and even found success identifying some family members dating back to the 1600s. Through her extensive research, she was able to connect with family she didn't know she had, even attending several extended family reunions in her home state of Arkansas
