Graveside services for Eleanor B. Holley will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Brushwood Cemetery in Dubberly, Louisiana with Rev. Kathy Wafer and Rev. Brian Mercer officiating. The family will receive friends at 9 a.m. Friday until 10:30 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana.
Eleanor was born September 19, 1925 in Ringgold, Louisiana and entered into rest July 31, 2018 in Minden, Louisiana. Eleanor was a charter member of Lakeview United Methodist Church. She retired from Barksdale Air Force Base after 31 years as secretary of the personnel department. Her passion was gardening, playing golf and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tilley Holley and brother, Elwood Burkett.
She is survived by her sons; Jerry Holley and wife Pam and Joe Holley and wife Erin all of Minden and grandchildren; Eric Holley, Dr. Kim Reagan, Hillary Holley and Adam Holley, great-grandchildren; Logann Londyn, and Jase.
