Edwin James Feazel was called by the Lord to sit at His side on January 9, 2021.
Edwin was born on October 10, 1952 in Many, LA. He graduated from Coushatta High School in 1970, joined the Air Force in 1973 where he served our country for 6 years. After the Air Force, he lived in Texas for more than 30 years before returning home to Coushatta in 2011, where he lived the remainder of his life. He was the Patriarch of his family and never met a stranger. He was a great storyteller and adored by so many people.
Edwin was preceded in death by his parents, H. W. and Jennie Feazel, brother, Robert Feazel; nephew, Charles Feazel; mother-in-law, Dorothy Clubb, father-in-law, Dorothy Clubb; father-in-law, S. D. Reeves; brother-in-law, Bruce Reeves and sister-in-law, Sandra Bridges.
He is survived by the love of his life of more than 50 years, Deborah Feazel and his three children, son, John Coleman Feazel and daughters, Marsha Rene Wisnosky and husband, Bill and Mary Beth Singleton and husband, Billy.
He loved and cherished his 10 grandchildren, Aurora Brianna Stark and husband, Ted; Drew Fails and wife, Stormy; Allison Wisnosky and fiance', Josif; Kenneth Fails, Mika Singleton and partner, Cameron; Andrew Wisnosky and fiance', Dani; Dustin Feazel and fiance', Taylor; Justin Feazel and fiance', Madison; Hannah Singleton and Jacqlynn Singleton.
He had seven great-grandchildren, Sara, Kinsley, Salina, Daniel, Joevelyn, Paisley and Elijah.
He is also survived by his siblings, Beverly Howell and husband, Ray; Janell Thomley, Dale Feazel and wife, Dawn as well as many other relatives and friends.
He will forever live in our hearts and we will forever cherish our memories of him.
We go on in life knowing that he is watching over us by our Lord and Savior's side.

Celebration of life and going home service for Edwin Feazel, 68, was held Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Coushatta Chapel at 2:00 PM with Bro. Buster Bailey officiating. Visitation was held at 1:00 PM prior to service time. A cremation to follow the service as per request by Edwin.
