Edith Inez White
Funeral services celebrating the life of Edith Inez White will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 705 S. Spruce Street, Vivian, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Mike Stowell, pastor of First Baptist Church, Keithville, assisted by her grandson, Dustin White. Interment will follow in the Vivian Cemetery. There will be a time of visitation on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
Mrs. White was born in Vivian, LA on October 19, 1922 to Leo Terry and Lillie Ethel McCathran Terry and passed away on February 28, 2019 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a charter member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Vivian, LA
Mrs. White is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles A. white, Jr; brothers, Glynn Terry and Leon Terry; sisters, Dorothy Lottinger and Betty Little. She is survived by her children, Charlene White Irle and husband, Fred of Keithville, LA, Raymond White and wife, Lanette of Arcadia, LA and Cynthia Anne McGregor of Vivian, LA. Mrs. White is also survived by her grandchildren, David Alan Irle, Charles Henry White, Christopher Terry White, Dustin Eric White, Jennifer Renee Irle Wilson and Samantha Carol McGregor, one great granddaughter, Emma Grace White; siblings, Billy Joe Terry and wife, Liz of Vivian, LA, Jimmy Harold Terry and wife, Billie Sue of Haughton, LA and L. D. Terry of Vivian, LA
Honoring Mrs. White as pallbearers will be David Alan Irle, Charles Henry White, Christopher Terry White, Dustin Eric White, Bob Little, and Mark Terry.
