Edith Mae Sandifer

Funeral services celebrating the life of Edith Mae Sandifer will be held Friday, March 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Richard Twyman officiating. Interment will follow at Old Sparta Cemetery in Jamestown, Louisiana. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home.

Edith was born May 9, 1944, in Greenville, Mississippi and went to her heavenly home on March 16, 2026, in Castor, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers, one sister, and great-grandson, Myles Wade Warren.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Ray Sandifer of Castor, son Donald Ray Sandifer (Kem) of Jasper, Texas, daughters, Beverly Ham (Joey) of Jamestown and Wanda Warren (Kyle) of Castor, grandchildren, Rachel Matthews, Nicole Warren, Matthew Sandifer, and Blaine Warren, and great-grandchildren, Lilly Matthews, Jake Matthews, Emma Matthews, and Rowan Warren.
