Doyle Allen Phillips, Sr.

Memorial services honoring the life of Doyle Allen Phillips, Sr. will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Logansport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Rev. Barry Rhodes. Doyle was born on June 6, 1952 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Doyle Eugene Phillips and Mattie Mae Dunn Phillips. He entered into eternal rest on February 9, 2021 in Mansfield, Louisiana. Preceding Doyle are his parents, Doyle and Mattie Phillips; daughter, Shirley Denise Phillips; grandchildren, Marshall and Destiny Matthews; sister, Margaret Phillips; and brother, Andy Phillips. He is survived by his sons, Doyle Phillips, Jr. and wife Kathy of Keithville, LA, Trinity Phillips and wife Carolyn of Logansport, LA, and Earnest Phillips of Coushatta, LA; sisters, Addie Welch, Joyce Davlin, and Johnnie Marie Phillips; brother, Eugene Phillips; three grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
