Dorothy M. Lindsey

Graveside services for Dorothy M. Lindsey, age 83 will be held at 12:00 Noon on October 17, 2026 at Redlick Cemetery in Red Lick, TX.

Mrs. Lindsey was born in Ardmore, OK on May 15,1943 to Sherman and Betty Marie Ottwell Lindsey and passed away on October 12,2026 in Shreveport, LA. She was a resident of Shreveport and one of her greatest joys was watching the Lone Ranger Series.

Mrs. Lindsey was preceded in death by her dad, Sherman Lindsey, mom, Betty Marie and brother, Carl W. Lindsey.

 Those left to cherish her memory are her sister, Beulah and John McGraw of Shreveport, LA; brother, Kenneth W. and Marie Lindsey of Hooks, Tx and sister, Lorene K. Lindsey of Dawson, TX

The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to The Oaks of Louisiana especially to Kim, Gloria, Juicy, Sarah, and Kelly; her sitters, Katherine McGaha and great grand niece, Taylor Duggan; Rose-Neath Funeral Home-Marshall Street and  East Funeral Home, Texarkana, TX for all the love and attention given to them at this most difficult time.
