Dorothy A. Boudreaux

  Zwolle, LA- Dorothy was born April 8, 1943 in Zwolle, LA to Rupert and Louise (Remedies) Parrie and entered into rest on August 29, 2019 in Shreveport, LA. Services for "Punkin" will be held at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home Many Chapel on Saturday, August 31, 2019 beginning with a visitation from 11:00AM-10:00PM with a rosary at 6:45 PM. Dorothy enjoyed volunteering as a religion teacher because her faith in God and her Catholic upbringing was something, she wanted to share with others. She also LOVED ALL sports! Punkin was a HUGE LSU and Saints fan, but she watched other teams as well. Preceding Dorothy in death were her parents, Rubert and Louise Parrie; her husband, Jean Curley Boudreaux, Sr.; her son, Steven William Boudreaux; and sisters, Helen "Pie" Parrie LaGrange, Mary Sue Parrie Touchet, and Wanda "Faye" Parrie Martinez. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Leedie Boudreaux Martinez and husband, Chad of Zwolle, LA; son, Jean Curley Boudreaux Jr. and Timi of Loreauville, LA; son, Brad Anthony Boudreaux, Sr. and wife, Edie of Loreauville, LA; brother, Jack Parrie and wife, Annie of Ebarb, LA. In addition, she also leaves behind 15 grandchildren: Jonathon, Jessica, Heath, Brad, Jr., Stephen, Tyler, Shana, Jay, Kyron, Tristian, Chipper, Paula, Marlee, Sadie, and Matthew; 11 great grandchildren: Emily, Chance, Kyler, Toby, Oliver, Caylem, Sophie, Colton, Rayna, and Conner.
