Doris Beatrice Marcantel

Funeral services honoring the life of Doris Beatrice Marcantel, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Bro. Glen Bezerra. Interment will follow the service at Oak Grove Cemetery in the Oak Grove Community. The family will receive friends at the Rose-Neath Chapel on Thursday, November 12, 2020, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Doris was born February 25, 1922, to Elmer and Ethel Barrett and entered into rest on November 08, 2020, at the age of 98 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Preceding Doris in death is her husband, Presley Marcantel; her parents; brothers, Oliver Barrett, Wilson Barrett, & Leroy Barrett; sister, Bernice Barrett Nichols; and grandson, Scott Christopher Ingle. She is survived by her son, Randy Marcantel & wife Eloise; daughter, Janell Ingle & husband Marshall; grandchild, Adriane Wilson and husband David; great-grandchildren, Bryce Wilson and wife Erin, Grant Wilson,Emma Wilson, Abby Wilson, and Evan Wilson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, family, & friends. Honoring Doris as pallbearers are Bryce Wilson, Grant Wilson, David Wilson, Evan Wilson, Wayne Hickey, and Michael Shelton.
