Donald H. Henderson

Funeral arrangements will be held for Mr. Donald Huey Henderson on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 3:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle, LA with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation for him will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 6PM-10PM at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home Many Chapel and again on Monday, September 30 from 8AM-10PM with a rosary at 6:45 PM. Don was born June 25, 1941 in Alamogordo, NM to K. G. Henderson and Ruth Leone Craig and entered into rest on September 28, 2019. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He served honorably in the United States Army and Air Force. Preceding Don in death were his parents, KG Henderson and Ruth & Freddie Craig; son, Donald Huey Henderson, Jr.; brothers: George Henderson, Ricky Craig, Jinx Henderson, and Danny Craig. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 43 years, Deborah Henderson of Zwolle, LA; daughter, Karen Henderson of Noble, LA; daughter, DonNell McGee & husband, Marc of Zwolle, LA; daughter, Donna Black of Tyler, TX; daughter, Tina Henderson of Shreveport, LA; son, Donald Eric Henderson of South Carolina; brother, Jackie Craig & wife, Priscilla of Zwolle, LA; brother, Michael Craig & wife, Cathy of Zwolle, LA. In addition, he leaves behind 16 precious grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren along with a host of other family and friends. He had a schnauzer, Bo that he loved deeply. Honoring Don as pallbearers will be Nik McGee, Kohl McGee, Jeremy Wilkerson, Michael Craig, Jack Craig, and Pvt. Jacob Wilkerson. Honorary pallbearers will be Jayson Wilkerson, Jordy Maier, and Billy McGee. Don's family would like to thank all the staff at Louisiana Home Care, Superior Hospice, Dr. Jeff White, and Dr. Michael Rokaw for the friendship, comfort and care they provided over the past several years.
