Donald R Chaffin

Shreveport, LA - Donald Robert "Bobby" Chaffin, II age 50, passed away on December 19, 2019 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mr. Chaffin was born to Donald Robert Sr. and Barbara Ann Pilcher Chaffin on March 11, 1969 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He graduated from Huntington High School and HVAC school. Bobby enjoyed fishing, hunting, and motorcycling. Mr. Chaffin was preceded in death by grandparents, Harold and Marjorie Elizabeth Kellogg Pilcher and J.D. and Annie Lois Adams Chaffin. He is survived by his children, Haley Michelle Brooks and husband Justin, Jordan Ashley Chaffin; grandchildren, Averi Michelle Brooks, Carter Jackson Brooks; parents; sister, Stacy Lynn Chaffin Ledbetter and fiancé Christopher Messier; nephews, Nicholas Edward Ledbetter, Brian Patrick Ledbetter; and great nephew, Brian Reid Ledbetter. Funeral services will be conducted at a later date. Reverend Sonya Lars will be officiating the service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Mangum Memorial United Methodist Church in Bobby's name.
