Don Allen Crosslin

Funeral services for Don Allen Crosslin, 84, will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 13, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Gary Boswell and Pastor Luke Bailey.

Don was born on March 3, 1942 to Leonard Crosslin and Imogene Williams Crosslin in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 in Shreveport.

Don was a friendly and outgoing man who never met a stranger. He retired from AT&T after many years of service and later owned and operated a lawn service for many years. In his later years, he found great enjoyment in farming, spending time with horses, and traveling. Don also loved visiting pawn shops and gun shows, and he especially enjoyed fishing. He will be remembered for his warm personality, adventurous spirit, and the many interests that brought him joy throughout his life.

He is preceded in death by his father and stepmother, Leonard and Lois Crosslin; biological mother, Imogene Williams; and brother, Jimmy Crosslin.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Martha Crosslin; sons, Donnie Crosslin and wife, Renee, Paul Cooper and wife, Patty; daughter, Trichel Moncayo and husband, Martin; grandsons, Michael and Daniel Crosslin, Derrick and Aiden Cooper, Cade Castillo and Josue Moncayo; several great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Crosslin; stepsister, Sandra Wiggins; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
