Dixie C. Ebarb

Mrs. Dixie Catherine (Simpson) Ebarb was born November 22, 1947 in Shreveport, LA to Kenneth Leroy Simpson and Catherine Louise (Danbreun) Simpson and entered into rest on May 6, 2020 at her residence in Many, LA. Graveside services for her will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at 10:00 AM with Father Joseph Ampatt officiating. A private family visitation will be held from 8:00 AM until service time at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Many Chapel. She was raised in Shreveport and married her high school sweetheart, Adron Ebarb, together they had two beautiful children, Jim, and Cathy. Dixie has always loved hunting, fishing, working in her yard and helping people. She and Adron moved to Toledo Bend 16 years ago and have made many friends. However due to the Corona Virus restrictions, Dixie's services will be private and for family only. Preceding Dixie in death were her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth Simpson. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 54 years, Monroe Adron Ebarb Jr. of Many, LA; her son, Jim Ebarb of Many, LA; her daughter, Cathy Sharp and husband, Leonard of Many, LA; her grandchildren, David Alan Sharp and wife, Lacey of Converse, James Ray Sharp of Many, LA; and her great grandchild, Eva Marie Sharp.
