Dennis Michael McGrath

SHREVEPORT, LA - Services celebrating the life of Dennis Michael McGrath will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2017 at St. Michael's Chapel. Officiating will be Msgr. J. Carson Lacaze of St. John Berchmans. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Marshall St.

Dennis was born on November 2, 1962 in North Miami Beach, Florida. As his mother cradled Dennis in her arms it was the beginning of a love that enriched and blessed her life. He now rests in the arms of Jesus as he is reunited with his father Harry McGrath on December 6, 2017. He was a kind and loving person who was multi-talented, creative, and giving. He enjoyed music and was with several bands throughout the years. His artistic sense reigned throughout his many years. Dennis graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with degrees in business and marketing.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret \"Peggy\" McGrath; brothers, Stephen McGrath and Patrick McGrath; aunt, Patricia Long and husband Thomas; uncle, Steve Madden and wife Janet. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
