Debra Lynn Anderson

Funeral service celebrating the life of Debra Lynn Bissell Anderson, 70, will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home 943 Polk St. Mansfield, LA, with Bro. Jimmy Price and Bro. Danny Asbell officiating. Interment will follow at the Noble Cemetery in Noble, LA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at the Funeral Home.

Debra was born on August 29, 1956 to Floyd and Margaret Ward Bissell and passed away on October 17, 2026 in the comfort of her home.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Orland Ray Anderson, Sr.; son-in-law, Scotty Ray; brother, Gary (Bubba) Bissell.

Left to cherish her memory are her 3 children, daughter, Sarah Ray; sons, Ebulon (Joni) Springer, Lucas (Jessica) Springer; 3 stepchildren, Orland Ray Anderson, Jr., Jonathan (Jessica) Anderson, and Marrianne Anderson; grandchildren, Destiny Ray, Shelton Ray, Christopher Ray, Kaylee Springer, Reba Springer, Robert Springer, Eli Springer, Logan Springer, Hunter Parrie, Trevor Parrie, Temperance Parrie, Jack Anderson, Syrina Anderson, Jonathan Anderson, Jr., and Jasmine Anderson; sister, Cindy (Rick) Saffell; brother, Thomas (Cindy) Bissell; and sister-in-law, Suzanne Bissell.

Debra was a loving wife, mother, mawmaw, sister, and Aunt. She was a CNA for 15 years, then in 2002 went back to school for her LPN license and has worked taking care of patients ever since.

Honoring Debra as pallbearers will be Robert Springer, Orland Anderson, Jr., Hunter Parrie, Trevor Parrie, Christopher Ray, and Nelson Springer,

Honorary pallbearers are Shelton Ray, Eli Springer, Logan Springer, Reba Springer, Kaylee Springer, and Destany Ray.
