Deanna Collins Roth

Funeral services for Deanna Collins Roth, 83, will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport. A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Mark Crook of Trees Baptist Church.

Deanna was born on July 27, 1943, in Texarkana, Arkansas to Millage and Janell Collins and passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at home in Shreveport.

Deanna was a longtime resident of Shreveport and worked as a bookkeeper at LaTienda Lingerie. She graduated from Fair Park High School and was married to the love of her life, Lester Roth, for 64 years. Deanna enjoyed camping, fishing, and creative hobbies such as crafting ceramics and sewing.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Millage and Janell Collins; and her sister, Donna Rawls. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Lester Roth; sons, Dewayne Roth and wife, Lisa, and Scott Roth and wife, Denise; and numerous grandchildren and other family members.

Honoring Deanna as pallbearers will be Jonathan Curlin, Randy Hamm, Justin Harvey, Scottie Duggan, Tommy Wise, Aiden Duggan, and Dennis Fowler.

The family wants to thank Amedisys Hospice Care for all the wonderful care and compassion they gave to our loved one.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Deanna's name.
