Funeral services for David E. Perkins will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with a 1 p.m. graveside at Mulhearn Memorial Park in Monroe, Louisiana. Officiating will be Rev. Steve Gilley. The family will receive friends at 9 a.m prior service time Tuesday.
David was born October 31, 1958 in Bossier City, Louisiana and entered into rest November 29, 2018 in Minden, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his father, Millard Perkins, Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Pearl Perkins of Minden, brothers; Millard Perkins, Jr of Arizona and Johnny Perkins and wife Laura of Shreveport; sisters; Betty Bell and husband Charles of Texas and Wanda Crawford and husband Joe of Washington, nieces; Robyn Beach, Denise Crawford, Pam Stallones, and Michele Souter, and nephews; Jared Perkins and Timothy Perkins.
