For over 27 years, David fought numerous cancers, surgeries and procedures, a bone marrow transplant and heart and kidney transplant. David was a tremendous fighter, and he finally won the battle and is wonderfully made whole in the presence of his LORD. David was married to Judy, the love of his life for over 41 years.
David was the former owner of DDH Construction Company of Shreveport, PADCON Construction Company of Dallas, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia, DAVID'S Rentals and Sales of Bossier City, Louisiana and DAVID'S Special Events and Sales of Bossier City, Louisiana. David loved to fly his private airplane and running heavy equipment and tractors. David and wife Judy raised black angus cows and he really loved his cows, especially the calves.
David is preceded in death by his father, BJ Heath and his beloved canine "son" Jake. He is survived by his wife, Judy Heath; daughter, Jennifer Fitzgerald and husband, Kenny; mother, Dorothy Heath; grandchildren, Chelci FitzDanos and husband, Jacob, Lindsey Pitre and husband, AJ, Samantha Fitzgerald and fiancée, Chris Lang and Piper Fitzgerald; brother, Jeff Heath; sister, Laura Balko and his special little chihuahua dog, Belle.
