Dave "Poppa" Wynn

A graveside service honoring the life of Dave “Poppa” Wynn will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 23, 2023 in Mooringsport Memorial Gardens on Pickering Street in Mooringsport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Don Tinsley. A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall Street, Shreveport, Louisiana.

Dave “Poppa” Wynn was born April 8, 1954 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Roy and Claire Wynn and passed away peacefully, Sunday, March 19, 2023.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Debra “Dee-Dob” Wynn; sons, Josh Wynn and wife, Kelly Jester Wynn, and Neal Wynn and Misty; and grandchildren, Jacob Bullard, Tanner Wynn, Ava Wynn, Haylie Claire Wynn, Hannah Cate Wynn, Lexie Lacobee, and AB Wise.

The family suggests memorials may be made to the Willis-Knighton Cancer Center, 2600 Kings Highway, Shreveport, Louisiana 71103.
