Dannie Vance Lambert, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away from complications associated with Parkinson's Disease on April 24, 2021 at the age of 73. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Dannie was born January 23, 1948 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. As a teenager, he excelled and competed in gymnastics. He was a 1966 graduate of Woodlawn High School in Shreveport, LA. While living in Shreveport, he owned and operated "Dan Lambert Construction Company, Inc." completing many commercial and residential projects in the area. Dan later moved to the Dallas, Texas area where he attended Eastfield College. He loved writing and is the author of Trilogy of Poems published in 2014. Dan continued his career in construction as a manager and estimator in the Dallas, TX area. Dannie Vance Lambert is preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Clifton Lambert and Maudine Golden Lambert and two brothers, William Clifton Lambert and Curtis Clifton Lambert, Jr. Dan is survived by his loving wife, Lynell (Sunshine) Hall Lambert who will miss him greatly and will carry forward with her many heartfelt memories of life they experienced together before and during their 26 years of marriage. He is also survived by his children, Kenneth (Rusty) Lambert, Tonia Lambert Anderson and husband, Brian, Danny Lambert Jr. and wife, Lisa, and Robert Lambert; and children of marriage to Lynell Hall Lambert, Blake Bozeman and wife, Dulce, and Brian Bozeman. He also leaves behind many dearly loved grandchildren, Jason Anderson and wife, Cynthia, Emily Jo Lambert, Ben Lambert, Katheryn Lambert, Robert Lambert, Jr. and wife, Brittney, Taryn Lambert, John Michael Lambert and wife, Rachel, Annah Nickel, Stefan Nickel and wife, Nicole, and one grandson by marriage to Lynell Hall Lambert, Braylen Bozeman; and great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Hannah, and Joshua Anderson. Dan will be greatly missed by many friends and family. He donated his body to U.T. Southwestern Medical Center Willed Body Program in Dallas, TX for medical education and research. His gift will reach out and affect the lives of others, perhaps giving them a better chance at life. Dannie is deeply missed already, but will live on in our hearts and memories.
