A visitation for Dalton N. Taylor, 23, of Minden, Louisiana will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana.
Dalton was born on December 3, 2001, in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest on September 3, 2025, in Minden, Louisiana. He was employed with Webster Machine Works in Minden, Louisiana. Dalton was an avid hunter, fisherman, and a gifted welder. He was a loving father, son, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Zack Hickingbottom, grandparents, Jerry Thornton, Rebecca Hickingbottom, and Dewayne and Linda Taylor, his Uncle Chelton Taylor, and his Aunt Amy Hesser.
He is survived by his fiancée Kelsi Willis, daughters, Elizabeth and Brynleigh, parents Ronald and Susan Taylor and B.J. and Scott Hickingbottom, sisters, Tabitha Lucky (Joel), Haleigh Averitt (Justin), Karrington Hickingbottom (McKaleb), and Kelsey Hickingbottom (Christian), brothers, Christopher Hickingbottom (Melissa), Noah Hickingbottom (Jordan), J.T. Lewis (Peyton), Triston James (Haley), Dillin Adley, and Carter Butler, nieces and nephews, Owen, Addyson, Deon, Mayleigh, Jaxeston M., Mark, Jax H., Kyson, Kyleigh, and Camryn, Kayden, Bella, Lily, Kennith, Hollie, and Noah C., grandparents, Elaine Thornton and Joe Hickingbottom, aunts and uncles, Jennie, Patricia, Bobby, Dede, Matt, Mary, Candy, and Brenda, and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
