Cynthia Sue O'Pry

A Memorial Service & Celebration of Life honoring the life of Cynthia "Cindy" Sue Gulledge O'Pry, 72 of Shreveport, Louisiana, will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana. Cindy O'Pry was born on June 8, 1947 in Jacksonville, Texas to Dorothy Frances Miller Gulledge and J. R. Gulledge and passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020. Cindy was a graduate of John Tyler High School and retired from IBM Corporation. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, John R. Gulledge. Cindy is survived by her three sons, John Michael Arnold of Bossier City, Louisiana, Christopher Atkinson and spouse, Omar Vilchez-Vaca, of Austin, Texas, and David Atkinson of Conroe, Texas. In addition to her sons, Cindy is survived by her two sisters, Sharyn Lynn Baskin of Bossier City, Louisiana and Melinda Stracener and spouse, Gary, of Lindale, Texas; granddaughter, Madison Atkinson of Arkansas, her niece, Amy Oliphant Philen and spouse, Ben, of Keller, Texas and her nephew, Nicholas Stracener and his partner, Cx Flynn, of Dallas, Texas.
